TO TRAILHEAD: From De Kalb, take US 259 N. In 54 mi., turn R @ 2nd junction with OK Scenic 259A. Follow over spillway, dam, and Mountain Fork. Keep R and continue .25 mi. to parking @ Cedar Bluff Campground.
