Verify permissions are set - select the following on the Blackberry device: Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> scroll and highlight the application and press the Menu key -> Edit Permissions -> verify the permissions are Allow. 2. Refresh GPS – select the following on the Blackberry device: Settings -> Options -> Advanced Options -> GPS Services – Location On, press Main Menu Key and select Refresh GPS.
