We don't have any current plans to include OpenStreetMap maps in our application, but I will bring it up. Is there something specific about the OpenStreetMap maps that you find more useful or better than our current maps?

I managed to download some tiles packs for a GPS soft on my Android phone (Maverick), which were built for AndNav:
http://wiki.andnav.org/index.php/List_Of_MapTilePacks
Maybe I should have been more precise. These packs are generated from the OpenStreetMaps data using the Mapnik engine.
What is useful:
1) I am now able to browse offline the whole French map from zoom level 0 to zoom level 12, and Paris and its suburbs from zoom level 0 to zoom level 15. If the needed tiles were not downloaded, they are downloaded and cached among pre-downloaded tiles. No difference.
2) Sometimes OpenStreetMaps data are more up to date or contain other info than Google Maps data. I experienced this with a brand new street in my city that was on OSM and not on GM yet, and when skiing where GM show a plain green area where OSM show the ski infrastructures.

OK. Unfortunately, the "offline" format of the maps that you downloaded will not be compatible with our application. We will be working on a way for people to pre-download maps and add them to the application's cache, but it's not available yet. You can read this thread for more information. We'll try and keep you updated. Thanks for the feedback and interest.
