dct3416 Posts: 13	Problem uploading trips Posted: 01 Mar 10 3:56 PM I have a trip that uploaded online but when I view it online only 8 of the 24 pictures were uploaded and neither of the 2 videos made it to the website. I've selected "Re-upload" but it comes back eventually with an error "The trip could not be uploaded". I've tried this several times and each time I'm getting the same error but to my surprise when I look on the website it shows each and every upload attempt as a new trip, unfortunately without all of the pictures and videos. Thanks for keeping your version so up-to-date! We have a few issues with media upload that we will be working out in the next release, which should go out in the next week or two here. One issue is that we sometimes run out of memory during the upload, but I doubt that is what you are seeing since you don't mention that error. The other issue is that our server is rejecting video that is larger than 10MB. You may want to check out the videos to see if they are to large. We will try to address both of these in the next version. The other possibility is that you are really timing out due to poor or slow network coverage. Have you tried connecting to WiFi just to see if that helps? The issues of each uploading going into a new trip is currently a limitation that we aren't planning to address in the next version, but we can provide some tips to merge these trips if you find that you want to combine certain parts of each trip into one master trip. I did go back and verify the video file sizes and one was 17MB and the other was 19MB. I removed these from the phone, deleted my online trip and re-uploaded the trip from the phone. Now it's showing all 24 pictures on-line which is great! I'd really like to have the ability to upload larger videos but having all of the pictures from the trip available is more important to me so I'm really happy to get that part of it working again.
