When I kept a food log I always just sent an Excel spreadsheet to my trainer; I can see how a web page accessible by both you and your trainer would be more convenient. Searching around, it looks like there are some other sites dedicated to nutrition tracking that do a pretty good job with it. It's certainly an idea we'll consider, though. [Reply][Quote]
