I am having trouble uploading from my Garmin Geko. I have several tracks saved on the unit and when I upload the information it all comes in under 1 trip and not separate ones. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. |

Hi MotoLite,
That is the current behavior for Garmin devices that only support GPX format (as opposed to TCX, Garmin's custom format for GPS data). If this is causing problems we can look into changing the behavior. |

| Thank you for your response. I don't understand much about the formats. What I do know is that I was able to upload multiple tracks at once using the ALL Sport GPS software on my computer, now they all come in on 1 day. | We've been discussing the "under the hood" technical aspects of the problem and trying to work out the best way to solve it under the new website. At this point what we're looking at doing is providing an option at upload to choose whether you want to upload your GPS data as one trip with separate tracks, or as multiple trips. I understand that the latter case is what you're accustomed to and looking for, but we also want to preserve the existing behavior for users who prefer it. It may take some time to implement this feature, but we'll get it out as quickly as possible. |

How do I go about cancelling my AllSport GPS subscription? I don't want to be billed any fees.

Hi Dan89129, you will need to check with your carrier how to cancel your subscription to the AllSport GPS phone application. Please remember that you can continue using your web account free of charge with full access to your trips uploaded from your phone even if you cancel your subscription. And if you decide to get the AllSport GPS application back on your phone in the future, you will be able to connect it with the same web account. In other words, if - for example - you only need AllSport GPS during the spring-summer season, you can stop paying for it now without any loss of data and re-subscribe again in the spring.

So Sprint will have the information about my subscription? I don't recall signing up from Sprint for this.

| Hi Dan89129, do you see a charge for the AllSport GPS phone application on your Sprint phone bill? If you don't recall signing up and if there is no charge on your bill, there is nothing you need to do. If you do see the charge, please check with Sprint's customer care how to cancel your subscription. In case you don't get a clear reply from them fast enough, please contact our support team with your username, phone number and phone model. |
