Planned on a long ride today, just didn't think I would do century ride. I did do it on the Glacial Drumlin Trail though. Flat with only hills near jefferson and to and from Waukesha. After about 80 some miles my right angle had some pain, but tolerable. Ran out of energy food early , could really have used it on the second half. Asphalt from home to 13 miles into trail. I'm guessing that's about 24 to 25 miles . Also left foot may be forming a blister. Another thing is my upper thighs or legs got red or rashy from all the rubing of the clothes. This is the true time with no pauses. Not the fastest, but it's hard to go fast on a stone path. Pedaled most of the time seeing there isn't much chance to cosst on the trail.
