This is one of our favorite trips.  We go every year.  The views are second to none.  With numerous natural hot springs along the way, there are plenty of hiking side adventures.  Boyscout Canyon has a few waterfalls with ropes to help you get up.  While Arizona hot springs has a ladder that takes you to 3 soaking pools.  We do an overnight camping trip, but it can easily be done in one day.  When launching from the base of Hoover Dam a permit is required.  There a a few outfitters who rent all the equipment you'll need & they get the permit set up for you.  Check out our pics.
