Blackburn Park

Once a state park, Blackburn was handed over to Lumpkin county for $1. It suffered neglect, and was closed. A recent attempt to log it and turn it into a Baseball field complex was thwarted and a movement is underway to SAVE Blackburn and restore it to a park.
