TO TRAILHEAD: Take US 50 E for 64 mi. Turn L onto Ice House Rd. After 5.7 mi., take sharp R (still Ice House Rd.) and follow signs to Loon Lake. In 5.7 mi., turn R onto FR 13N17B. After .4 mi., park at turnaround.
