TO TRAILHEAD: I-80 E to I-580 E to I-680 S to Sunol. Exit onto CA 84 S (Paloma Way, which becomes Calaveras Rd.) In 4 mi., L onto Geary to entrance kiosk in 2 mi. Pass visitor center to unmarked dirt lot on L; trailhead is across road.
