Armstrong, making his first domestic start since the 2005 Tour de Georgia, is the big attraction. But this flat, fast course is ideal for big, powerful riders like Saxo Bank's Fabian Cancellara, who won last year's prologue. The route, which passes the state capitol and Tower Bridge, could be dicey if it's raining. Riders do a 180-degree turn soon after the start, and painted crosswalks could be slick if wet.
