Start is at our regular spot in Granger, IN (northwest of South Bend), Bella Vita Coffee. From Memorial Day thru the Fall there are refreshments at the beach house at Weko Beach. There are potential place for food and drinks in Berrien Spring and (with a small side trip) at Buchanan. Note that west of Berrien Springs the route dips south to take Snow Rd out to the lake. It is possible to continue straight west on Shawnee, but this road gets lots of high-speed traffic, especially in the afternoon.
