Domenigoni is now recently completed so we should be able to ride without too much traffic for about ten miles. From the parking lot of the I.E. bike shop, left on Whitewood, left on Clinton Keith Road, right on Antelope, right on Keller Road left on Menifee Road straight on at Scott Road ( Martin and Randy) right on the new part of Domenigoni then the current part East of Washington Blvd traffic light, for something a little different at the penultimate light on Domenigoni turn right on Searl Parkway past the water dept building and then right on Marina Road and climb up to the lake, (great view up here and little traffic) then back down and right back onto Domenigoni to sprint for the 45 mph sign just before the last light at its end at State Street, then turn right on State Street, (Regroup here and optional turn around here for a flat ride). For the climbers continue up Sage Road, right on East Benton Road, Straight at the four way stop at DePortola continue on to the hill up “the wall” on Mesa Rd. ,right on Glen Oaks Road, left onto Rancho California, continue to Butterfield Stage Road where right and continue to La Serena Way where go left then right onto Walcott Lane which becomes Nicolas Road and right onto Joseph Road and pick up the bike path which takes you under Winchester Road and ends at Margarita Road, (no traffic lights here!) where right and left on Murrieta Hot Springs Road to Whitewood where right and back up to the shop parking lot. About 50 miles with one good climb.
* My Garmin failed to re-start after 32 miles so the elevation and speed graph are not accurate. I was able to manually fill in the gaps in the route.
