5-mile trail winds through a cedar forest beside Tuttle Creek Reservoir. The hike is almost entirely forested, although there are a few spots to view the lake. Possible to hike to campgrounds/shelter areas from trail for a picnic or overnight stay. Trail is rocky and rough in spots, with moderate grades.
