With just over 3200 ft of climbing this isn't all that bad for the American west.
Most of the traffic issues are bypassed, but do excersize caution on the return of Friars Rd as there are several sweeping exits where "right hooks" can happen to unwary riders. Remember that the safest way to ride is to practice "lane control" in these circumstances. (AKA, "ride like a car")
